The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to set out the rights and obligations of both Parties, exclusively because of the relationships they initiate on the Internet, with respect to any and all online sales of Products offered on the Site.
These general conditions of sale define the terms and conditions according to which any physical person (“the Customer”), whatever his nationality, may order and buy the Products that the elec3i.com company has offered for sale on its web site (“the Site”). They apply to all the steps necessary to place the order and ensure the follow-up of such order as contracted between the Parties.This document is the sole document applicable to the relationship between the Parties ; it cancels and supercedes any other document.

1. Terms and conditions :
The Site reserves the possibility to adapt or modify at any time these general terms and conditions of sale. If a modification should occur, the general terms and conditions in force on the day of the order shall be applied to this order. Therefore, it is up to the Consumer to refer to the latest version of the general terms and conditions of sale, which are permanently available on the elec3i.com Site.
Products sold on our website www.elec3i.com are described using a picture and a product card. This enables the customer to acknowledge the essential characteristics of the product before ordering, in accordance with article L 111-1 of the Consumption and Trade Regulations.It is understood by the customer that any pictures or performances shown on the website www.elec3i.com are here for reference only and Elec3i cannot guarantee their accuracy.
2. Prices :
Prices are quoted in euros all taxes and do not include the expenses of treatment (port, the package....) those amounts will be charged according to prices in force. French VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293 B of the CGI. For orders which the delivery address is outside France, the articles are charged duty free. Those prices listed may be increased because of tariffs or other local taxes or import duty or taxes of state. These rights and amounts are not within the purview of Elec3i and will be paid by the recipient and on its full responsibility in terms of payment statement to the authorities (and / or) agencies in the country concerned. We advise the recipient to find out about these issues with the relevant local authorities.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Nevertheless, prices can't be subject to change once the customer placed his order.Prices on the site are guaranteed for the duration of online presence and within the limits of available stocks. The price selected for the transaction is indicated on the confirmation of order sent to the customer by e-mail.
3. Delivery fees :
A fixed sum including transportation, the cost of packing and preparation is required for each shipment depending on the destination. The total indicated on the order form includes such costs.
4. Payment :
Unless stipulated otherwise, all our invoices shall be payable cash, without discount, at our company’s registered office at Savigny-sur-Orge, France.Payments to our company can be done either directly through:

Bank card
The payment is secured and made with Paypal. Credit cards informations are encrypted with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) deciphering key so as to guarantee total safety in the transaction.
No information will be revealed and stored on the shop servers and then will be asked on every new transaction on the site.

Bank transfer The bank transfer must be made by the Customer within 10 business days of receipt of an order. After this deadline the order is automatically cancelled.

Cheque
from a french bank only The customer must send his/her payment for his/her purchase within 10 business days of receipt of an order. After this deadline the order is automatically cancelled.
For any order higher than 150,00 euros, a photocopy of an identity document and a proof of residency document will be likely to be required.

On the spot The customer must pick up his/her purchase within 10 business days of receipt of an order. After this deadline the order is automatically cancelled.The person picking up the order must be the person named on the cheque used for purchase. When the customer comes to pick up the order, he/she must present an identify document.
For any order higher than 150,00 euros, a photocopy of an identity document will be likely to be required.The payment on the spot, can be done either by bank cheque or in cash.
Please indicate your preference by providing comments in you order that you will pay and take your purchase on the spot.
5. Freight Forwarding & Delivery Services :
Products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Packages will be forwarded to the addressee via french national Post office coliposte service, specialist in fast home-delivery(Distingo, Lettre, Frequence, Colissimo) or international delivery (colissimo international) for other countries.The customer is advised to check the state of the packaging, as well as the contents of the package(s) at the time of delivery, and to check that quantities and items tally with the information on the order form. The signature on the delivery receipt will be equivalent to acceptance by the customer.The customer is advised to inform Elec3i of any shipment damages within 48 hours of receipt of the package.
Delivery times depend on a parcel’s place of origin and its destination.
Metropolitan France :
The average delivery time for standard service is 48/72 hours from receipt of the order.The delivery time for express service is 24 hours from receipt of the order.
Nota. From December 15th to January 15th, delivery time is 5 days maximum.
European Union: 4 working days
Other countries: variable depending on destination (maximum 15 days)
Except in cases of force majeure, delivery times will be those indicated above, within the limits of available stock.These times are exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and French public holidays. All orders will be processed Monday through Friday until 6:30 PM, except on French public holidays. This period is guaranteed, and non-compliance may result in a refund.For standard service, deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except for public holidays).For express service (France), deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except for public holidays).
The confirmation of your order forwarding date is sent to the customer by e-mail.
6. Return of merchandise (Satisfied or refunded, right of retractation...) :
In accordance with article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of seven (7) business days to return, at his or her expense, the Product(s) ordered if, for one reason or another, the Buyer is not satisfied with them. This 7-day period runs from the Product reception date. Elec3i will accept only those Products which have not been modified or damaged and which are returned with their label and materials tag intact. The Products must be returned in their packaging and packing of origin to the following address:

The customer must contact (email or phone) Elec3i before returning goods and get a return merchandise authorization number.
The customer is liable for costs incurred for transport and restorage of the equipment.No dispatch in counter-reimbursement will be accepted, for any reason whatsoever.
According to this procedure, Elec3i will reimburse the amounts paid by the Buyer within thirty (30) days starting from the date of reception of the package by Elec3i (date of posting by the Buyer is valid as notice to Elec3i that the Buyer has exercised the right to withdraw his or her order), except return expenses which are borne by the Buyer. In case the Buyer has not subscribed to the "service retour" service proposed by la Poste for deliveries in France, he shall bear return expenses.

7. Reservation of title :
In compliance with Articles 59, 65 and 66 of French Commercial Law (Law 80.335 of 12.05.80). The delivered merchandises remain the property of the Elec3i until the customer has paid itsfull price,

Only necessary personal information will be collected to provide the different services to our clients through the website.Data files remain securely on our shop server.In accordance with the articles 38 to 40 of the law of the 6th January, 1978, you have a right of access, alteration, rectification and deletion concerning your data.
9. Applicable law and litigation :
The present general terms of sale are governed by French law.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contractual relationship between Elec3i and the Buyer are governed by the laws of France. In the event of dispute, the Parties shall attempt to settle on an amicable basis prior to bringing any legal action.If necessary, the nearest Courts from our store alone shall be deemed to be competent.
